Who is Tiferet’s ideal client?Situationally, it is a tech founder (usually seed or Series A) who sells into biotech or pharma and is worried about making sure their first sales hire is successful. Personality wise, my ideal client views me as a partner to help them and their business thrive through open dialogue and candid feedback. They are open to hearing hard truths and view working on their professional goals as an opportunity for personal growth and development.

When does it make the most sense to engage with Tiferet?Getting your first few clients can be a grueling process that only you, the founder, can do. (I love Rob Synder at Reframe’s content about getting from 0-1.) I’ve worked with clients at this earliest stage and, while I’ve been able to help them improve their sales acumen, I can’t guarantee that there will be demand for what they’ve built. Once you’ve proven demand through sales (by selling to at least 3 customers) - that’s where I can be most helpful. I can pour fuel on the fire, once you've ignited the spark.

What is it like to work with Tiferet?I get the most enjoyment and satisfaction from my work when I’m helping bright, ambitious people solve their problems and achieve their goals. I aim to be your go-to person and trusted advisor that provides the right guidance, advice, or perspective at the right time. I'll match your pacing and your urgency, or challenge you to match mine if that's the kind of support you need. Why Tiferet over [ … ]?While my entire career has been focused on growing early-stage biotech and healthcare companies, there are plenty of other consultants out there with the same pedigree or experience. What differentiates me is my approach to this work, which blends tactical and practical sales consulting with sensitive and supportive coaching that cares deeply for the people involved. In order to do this well, there has to be some chemistry between us, and the best way to figure that out is through talking. I won’t try to convince you or sell you on working with me – if it’s a fit and if we’re meant to work together, we’ll both know it.
